CHIU ' was born in 2006 in the heart of Milan from the initiative of Marco Gugenheim and his passion for the gastronomic tradition linked to buffalo mozzarella from Campania and selected regional oils with excellent production. In the years CHIÙ - Mozzarella and Oil develops in CHIÙ - Mozzarella and GourMed , expanding its offer towards a selection of specialties, cheeses and cured meats of the Mediterranean tradition, making CHIU 'a small place of worship for gourmet products. The success of the initiative pushed CHIU 'to recognize itself in the pleasure of the richness of the Italian food and wine heritage and regional flavors of excellent quality, evolving into CHIÙ - Italian taste
